CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand people get busy and from time to time, emergencies come up and things change. If you cannot keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Individual Appointments*

When you book an individual appointment, you are holding a space that is no longer available to other clients. If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, we require that you contact us at least 3-hours prior to the appointment time. Appointments are in high demand and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

Group Class Bookings*

Many of our group classes are fully booked and have a waiting list. For this reason, we ask for eight hours notice for all cancellations. This allows others on a waiting list to fill spots and keeps the groups running smoothly. A $20 cancellation fee for ‘fail to attend’ or reschedules made after close of business the day prior to scheduled Clinical Pilates and GLA:D Hip and Knee classes applies. 

*The cancellation policies for NDIS, My Aged Care, Work Cover, TAC, DVA, CTP, Pre-Employment Assessments services may differ. To confirm the cancellation policy for a specific service, please contact your nearest clinic. Repeated late cancellations or failure to attend without notice may result in your removal from our client list, or a requirement to pre-pay for appointments. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

COMPLAINTS

Flexout Health takes complaints seriously. Upon receipt of a complaint we will examine the complaint and instigate internal procedures. We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within 30 days of submission. We may need you to provide more details about the complaint in order to be able to respond properly.
