Jaclyn Sweeny

Jaclyn joins the Flex Out Physiotherapy team after several years of experience working with a range of chronic and musculoskeletal conditions at private practices. Her areas of interest include pulmonary and metabolic conditions as well as chronic pain management. Using ‘Exercise as a Medicine’, she thrives on assisting her client to add some movement into their weekly routines to achieve overall physical and mental health. Jaclyn has obtained further studies completing an Honours Research Project at the University of Canberra and a Graduate Certificate in Pain Management through the University of Sydney. Jaclyn is also accredited with Diabetes Victoria to deliver the Life! Program and Lung Foundation Australia to deliver the Lungs in Action exercise group After working as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Jaclyn has gone on to complete a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Albury-Wodonga graduating in 2020. Jaclyn has gained clinical experience during university placements in acute hospital setting, outpatients and paediatric physiotherapy. Jaclyn is keen to incorporating both Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology practices to help her clients achieve their goals. Jaclyn enjoys participating in all sports and giving anything a go!
