Charlee returns to the border community joining the Flex Out Physiotherapy team after completing her Bachelor of Exercise Science and Masters of Exercise Physiology in Bendigo. Charlee is excited to work with individuals across a wide variety of health conditions to assist in improving health outcomes, improve quality of life and help people achieve their goals through her ‘Exercise is Medicine’ approach. She aims to support people in making positive lifestyle changes and overcome potential barriers to improve client’s lifestyle, wellbeing and function.
Charlee’s passion for exercise and commitment to learning makes her eager to upskill in specialty areas to further her knowledge so she can provide the best possible practice for her clients.
Outside of work, Charlee loves spending quality time with her partner, friends and family. She also enjoys being physically active through exercise, gardening or tidying the house. Charlee’s down time usually involves a cup of coffee, organising something or FaceTimeing with her nephew and niece.
