Amy grew up in Melton, a small town in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, prior to moving to Yarrawonga. She graduated from Deakin University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Throughout her studies, Amy has gained experience in a variety of clinical settings including aged care, hand therapy, community occupational therapy and inpatient rehabilitation.
Amy is a motivated and enthusiastic occupational therapist who is excited to embark on a career in hand therapy. Amy has a strong interest in finger and metacarpal fractures, osteoarthritis and mallet finger injuries. Amy is an Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association and enjoys attending conferences and workshops to ensure she provides best practice treatments.
Outside work you can find Amy wakeboarding, skiing and fishing along the beautiful Murray River. She loves exploring the outdoors, spending time with her dogs, trying out different restaurants and volunteering with Muscular Dystrophy Australia.
