What is a New Mum’s Roadworthy Check?
We know your time is precious and getting out of the house to multiple appointments is hard work…that’s why we’ve developed the online New Mum’s Roadworthy Check. The check is the perfect pitstop for you and your new baby. We cover all those post-natal questions including issues relating to breast feeding, pelvic floor, abdominal separation and more… Plus we will also give you the reassurance and tools for your baby including recommendations for tummy time, developmental milestones and hip screening. Based on the outcome of the Roadworthy, we can point you in the right direction and provide the appropriate advice for you regarding your return to exercise, follow up pelvic floor care, paediatric assessment or whatever individual care you and your little one might need.

What do I need to do to prepare for the appointment?
Soon after your booking is made you will receive an email explaining how to access the Google Meet platform from which the online telehealth consult will take place. You will also be asked to complete a pre-assessment screening questionnaire so that we have all the available information required for the appointment.
Is there a cancellation policy?
At Flex Out Physiotherapy we understand people get busy, children can be
unpredictable and from time to time, emergencies come up and things change. If you cannot keep your tekehealth appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we can reschedule.
