• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (CSU)
• Member Australian Physiotherapy Association
Sarah graduated from CSU in 2006 and spent her first two years working at the Royal Hobart Hospital. She had a graduate rotating position where she got a taste for all areas of physiotherapy. It was here that she discovered her passion for treating musculoskeletal injuries. After a short stint overseas, Sarah returned to the area and worked for Albury Wodonga Health before joining the Flex Out Physiotherapy team in 2010. Sarah specialises in the treatment of the thoracic, lumbar spine and pelvis, completing extensive training with Advanced Manual Therapist Associates and courses with LJ Lee. She is trained in clinical pilates through DMA and has a passion for integrating pilates into her client’s treatment plans. She finds pilates invaluable in assisting patients to return to their pre-injury level but also in improving their general movement patterns, posture and wellbeing.
Sarah also has a strong interest in women’s health, providing treatment for pelvic related issues and pre and post-natal problems. Having a background in netball, tennis and dance, Sarah also has an interest in treating sports injuries. Sarah currently loves keeping fit and active through pilates, gym work and swimming. Sarah loves spending time with her family, cooking and gardening.
