Sarah grew up on a hobby farm in North East Victoria, and graduated from school in 2010. Prior to Physiotherapy, she worked in pharmacies in Melbourne and Benalla, before moving to Albury to study Physiotherapy in 2014. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2017 from Charles Sturt University. Sarah has experience in a variety of clinical settings including musculoskeletal physiotherapy, inpatient rehabilitation, cardio-respiratory care, lymphoedema, and aged care.
Sarah learnt a great deal from undertaking work experience and shadowing of senior clinicians throughout her four years at university, as well as through participation in the Flex Out Internship program in her fourth year.
Sarah has also completed the Level 1 Sports Trainer course and is GLA:D accredited. In 2018 she represented Flex Out Physiotherapy as a field of play therapist at the 2018 Deaf Games. Sarah has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries and management, particularly in the lower limb.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys playing netball, going to the gym, running, baking and spending time with her family and friends. She hopes to one day complete a half marathon, and travel around Australia.
