Strength and Balance classes for seniors are a popular group exercise and education program aimed at reducing your risk of having a fall.
What does the program involve?
The classes run each week for one hour and are fully supervised by qualified health professionals. The program is circuit based and provides options for participants most levels of mobility.
How do I know if I am eligible for the program?
To be eligible for the group program you must first attend for an initial assessment. Contact your nearest clinic to arrange an appointment for an assessment.
