Staying active is the single most important thing we can do to prevent falls & remain independent. By keeping active, we can reduce your risk of falling by participating in activities that increase our strength & improve our balance. This will enable you to continue to do the things you want to do such as getting out of a chair easily or working in the garden.

  • Improve awareness of movements
  • Maintain independence at home & in the community
  • Reduce anxiety & improve mood state
  • Heighten confidence & reduce fear of falling
