Flex Out Physiotherapy was established in 1995 by Danielle Lilley, Kevin Laws joined the Flex Out team in 2001 and purchased the business in 2002. Since this time, Flex Out has fast become one of the premier physiotherapy practices in the Albury-Wodonga region. The practice has grown from a clinic with two therapists to seven full time clinicians plus support staff. The Flex Out physiotherapists have a broad range of skills, including an accredited hands therapist, qualified Occupational Health and Safety manager, Feldenkrais practitioner, human movement analyst, sports physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.

Flex Out Physiotherapy has clinics in both Albury and Wodonga, and in addition to these, Flex Out Physiotherapy provides on-site physiotherapy services to a number of workplaces throughout the Albury-Wodonga and surrounding regions.

In April 2008, Flex Out Physiotherapy again expanded in both size and services, with the Albury clinic moving into the new Gardens Medical Centre in Wodonga Place, Albury. This expansion sees the introduction of a purpose built rehabilitation gym and Pilates studio, as well as nine specialised treatment rooms.

Philosophy of Care

Flex Out Physiotherapy prides itself on its personalised patient approach. We believe in a practice based on manual therapy, with emphasis on the principals of early mobilisation, massage, strengthening and stretching. We infrequently utilise machines and only ever use as an adjunct to a treatment rather than a complete treatment.

Our formalised approach to treatment includes liasing with all parties including specialists, general practitioners, nurses and of course the patient. This approach has been developed utilizing the broad range of experiences from our team, who have worked in rehabilitation hospitals, private hospitals, public hospitals, private practice and Defence Force.
